beads! throw me some beads!

It has been Mardi Gras fever around our city and the entire surrounding area. We made it to only one parade this year because, well, life simply took over every other opportunity. But the kids sure did get some loot. Take a look.

What do we have here? Looks like a frisbee, a football, a pretty pink flower, tons of beads and... wait a cotton pickin minute? Where are all the...

 

MoonPie's? Ah, the famous Mardi Gras MoonPies. What would Mardi Gras be without tons of these bad boys. Well, it wouldn't be Mardi Gras. Duh.

Luke and Maddie are all about screaming "Beads! Throw me some beads!" to the float riders. It really is a blast for the whole family! If you are ever in town we would love to take you to a Mardi Gras parade.
